The Apprentice Retailer Program offers you the opportunity to develop your career with one of the world's most prestigious companies and work alongside some of Britain's brightest young talent. Whilst working for Fish Brothers Lexus Swindon the program is delivered through the Lexus Academy, our outstanding learning & development organisation - the Programme targets and develops high calibre people like you, who may have recently completed their education and are seeking the first rung of the ladder in a professional automotive career. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain the Retailer Standard L2.

Over a two-year period as our Customer Advisor / Admin (Parts) Apprentice, you will:

+ Coordinate all parts ordering and sales to ensure customers and technicians have the parts when they need them
+ Learn to use the dealership's sophisticated computer system to log stock movements and produce orders
+ Liaise with colleagues, deal with customer enquiries, both trade and retail
+ Develop skills to improve parts sales performance
+ Welcome and greet aftersales customers to your Centre and ensure their experience is second to none
+ Get involved with all activities that raise the profile of your Centre, such as those in the community promoting the Lexus brand and attracting new customers

What we are looking for:

+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Whilst no formal qualifications are required, a passing grade at GCSE Maths & English is desirable
+ Basic functional IT skills would also be beneficial
+ Someone who is practical, logical, able to listen, follow instructions
+ Willing to study will do well
+ Well presented and smartly dressed
