Customer Account Manager

We are looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager to join a busy environment with my client based in Southall.

This is a very well established and large business who would be keen to take on a new member of staff. This environment Is busy, full of energy and ran by great management!

The training to become an order processor is extensive and you will be fully trained with a colleague buddy system before you are left to do the role on your own!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a brilliant company in an office based customer focused role!

Duties for Customer Account Manager

Answering a high volume of calls
Making outbound calls
Processing customer orders via the internal system
Upselling and cross selling different product ranges
