Customer Account Executive
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Melksham, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Customer Account Executive to join the team on a permanent basis
What you will be doing:
Support the client facing account teams in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's at all times.
- To take a full and detailed brief from the client, and able to relay this through the design and production team.
- Managing projects from start to finish through the business to provide client satisfaction.
- Assist the account and production teams, meeting all business objectives.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience of managing customer accounts and relationships for multiple clients in retail and FMCG sectors would be advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within budget, with over-lapping timescales, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication and IT skills including excel, excellent organisational ability and time management
- Due to location, own transport is essential
