This role sits in Culture and Engagement, within the Global Talent team. We are now at a hugely exciting phase of our evolution, as we continue to scale our business to deliver our ambitious DOCS strategy. THE GIG We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Lead with a passion for people and organisational culture as well as a sweet spot for the DM's brand to join us on a temporary basis. This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the implementation of our Employee Listening Strategy and influence how we design, develop and manage the implementation of employee listening activities. You will provide consultancy on and drive the embedding of our global employee feedback activities, as we look to relaunch our employee listening approach at DM’s. As our Culture and Engagement Lead you will be responsible for:Employee Listening Strategy:
  • Implementing a comprehensive employee listening strategy. Ensuring successful implementation of initiatives and design of new processes by closely collaborating with the wider HR function, Technology teams, and our external partners
  • Leveraging real-time feedback platforms to gather insights from employees
  • As we move to a new methodology of employee listening, a key part of this role will be engaging our HR, leadership and management communities, and making them feel equipped and ready to manage a new process.
  • Managing global communications for our listening strategy, and
  • Connecting employee listening data to other metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement).
  • Leading the preparation of regular updates on the outcomes of employee listening initiatives for senior leadership teams and helping to take appropriate action to shape workplace culture
Culture Enhancement:
  • Collaborating with leadership across the business to create a positive working environment
  • Providing support, advice and team facilitation to leadership teams
  • Working with the wider team to design and drive engagement events around DM Moments that Matter, e.g. internal celebrations, DEI moments such as Pride, International Women’s Day. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create programs, events, and experiences that embody our brand essence.

  • Project and change management experience launching a global programme of work
  • The ability to analyse insights from employee engagement surveys and other data sources to drive culture forwards and identify areas that need development and/or improvement
