Job Role:  CSW - Social Worker - Referral and Assessment
 About the role Supporting children and young people by undertaking child protection investigation alongside safety and consistency planning Responsible for holding a mixture of cases including complex cases and short term Child in Need cases Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies Assessment writing, direct work with children and families, threshold application, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings and case recording in line with our policies and procedures Formulate care plans in partnership to create child focused plans and maintain case records capturing the young person's voice Complete short term work to meet needs and prevent long term involvement Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision

As a Social worker you must have a degree in Social work with a minimum 2 years post qualifying experience and passed your AYSE, experience in an NHS Establishment or a local authority is desirable.
To act in accordance with SWE registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice.
To provide professional Social work assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.

Employers will be keen to see that you have a friendly and caring attitude, and understand and respect people who need healthcare support.

Previous experience and/or qualifications in Social work are essential to apply for this role.

We also supply the following to both NHS and private sector. Nurse, General Nurse, RGN,NMC, Nurse, Band 5, Band 6, HCA, Community Nurse, specialist Nurse. A&E, Endoscopy, Theatre.
