Cruise Assistant

Location: Invergordon

Hours: 0700-1900, working on a 4 day on, 4 day off rota. Additional hours may be required to accommodate cruise ship arrivals and departures.

Salary: £12.00 per hour, with a retention payment of £50 per week for each week worked if the full contract duration is completed.

Post Description:

• Support cruise operations by ensuring smooth passenger arrivals and departures.
• Monitor and maintain safe areas for all facility users.
• Assist with manual handling tasks as needed, prioritizing health, safety, and security.
• Provide general support for cruise, operations, and maintenance tasks.
• PPE provided for contract duration.
• Full training will be provided

Responsibilities: Ensure a safe working environment for PoCF employees and facility users during the Cruise Season. Coordinate and communicate effectively with site users to support cruise operations.

Working Relationships: Report to Operations Supervisor and collaborate closely with Operations Coordinators.

Required:

• Full UK Driving License.
• Basic Disclosure required (reimbursed by the company).

Essential Qualities:

• Relevant experience with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated.

Desirable Qualities:

Manual Handling and Health & Safety Awareness training.

Fire Safety Awareness.
