CRO SPECIALIST

£45,000-50,000 + BENEFITS

LIVERPOOL (Hybrid)

This is a great company for a tech-savvy CRO individual looking to be able to take real ownership and find innovative ways to create personalised journeys for the consumer.

THE COMPANY:

Working with this Martech company, you will be able to work on finding customers at the early stage of the cycle and turn them into leads.

THE ROLE:

As a CRO Specialist, you will bring consumers to the website by:

  • Tracking customer behavior via conversion pages
  • Conducting experimentation using AB/MVT testing
  • Providing recommendations to implement change based on results

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CRO Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

  • Lead generation experience
  • Prior CRO experience testing experience - tool agnostic
  • Heatmapping experience
  • Analytical mindset

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £50,000. On top of the salary, there are some fantastic extra benefits.
