CRO Product Designer

We're seeking a visionary CRO Product Designer to join our team and revolutionize digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be adept at conceptualizing, wireframing, designing, and implementing various CRO product design initiatives to enhance customer experiences and elevate conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and management of CRO initiatives from our roadmap to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Present design ideas and visions effectively to stakeholders and partners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Share design inspiration and ideas to push UX and UI designs to new levels of fidelity.
- Collaborate harmoniously with the CRO team, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and contribute to the overall company goals.
- Partner with engineers to ensure seamless transition from design to implementation, fostering an efficient and effective collaboration.

- Ability to solve complex UX problems and drive best-in-class customer experiences focused on conversion.
- Proficiency in spotting and encouraging new design trends in web and app spaces.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally.
- In-depth knowledge of Figma and ability to create robust components.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing agency and in-house work demonstrating an understanding of UX/UI Product Design.
- Degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design.
