CRM SPECIALIST

SALARY: £45,000

HYBRID

SURREY - FARNHAM - 1 DAY A WEEK

THE COMPANY

This probiotics company is undergoing huge growth through its connections with leaders in the industry, influencers, and researchers.

THE ROLE

As a CRM Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Develop and own the delivery of email campaigns
  • Drive email marketing and SMS activity across acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Work with various stakeholders on the tactical plan and strategy, creating best-in-class email templates and journeys.
  • Report on campaign performance using data to drive insight and the test and learn plan

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong CRM Experience for a D2C/e-commerce brand
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM Systems
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, personalisation, compliance and deliverability

BONUS EXPERIENCE

  • Worked for a subscription business
  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo
