CRM MANAGER

UP TO £55,000

HYBRID - BRIGHTON - 3 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This well-known travel and experiences business is expanding its CRM team and exciting times are ahead!

THE ROLE

As the CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Managing a Marketing Executive
  • Looking at campaign strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
  • Manage email/SMS comms and automation
  • Utilise dashboards to create reports and highlight reports
  • Work on funnel analysis, AB testing, and CTRs
  • Deploy campaigns across multiple channels

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a low volume, high pricepoint industry/company is needed
  • Being hands-on with data is essential
  • Experience in the industry is not necessary
  • Management experience not required
