BramahHRare seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Manager for a client based near Watford. As CRM Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Client Relationship Management & Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables by building strong relationships
- Develop and manage campaigns, timelines and budgets
- Manage customer data within marketing to ensure it is compliant
- Track & measure the impact of all customer marketing initiatives and campaigns to enable reporting and evaluation
- Support other managers with socials, messaging and design
- Develop and track the customer journey to improve experience and grow value
- Ownership of email and SMS channels

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in customer marketing or CRM
- Self sufficient in building automated commsworkflows using marketing automation technology
- Good eye for detail for improving the customer journey
- Proficient in using CRM and email distribution tools
- Leadership capacity for being the expert in their field - confident in building structure and processes for success
