CRM MANAGER - 12 MONTH FTC

£45,000 - 55,000

STOKE ON TRENT

Lead a small team within CRM, focussing on building and implementing new systems that enhance the student experience journey and impacts a leading education institution.

THE COMPANY

A leading university with a student focussed mindset. They are investing in data and specifically CRM, using data to target and enhance how students engage with the university.

THE ROLE

As the CRM Manager your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy, ensuring an omnichannel strategy and an understanding of the students
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
  • Focus on the student journey, pre, during and post university, how can you continue to engage and develop interactions with the student population
  • Implement a new CRM software and deploy this across all channels

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using a campaign management tool ideally Adobe campaign
  • Experience leading a team before
  • Understating of the commercial benefits of CRM able to work with stakeholders to ensure these are used and heard in a growing team

THE BENEFITS

£45,000 - 55,000 annual salary, flexible working and competitive benefits. This is a 12 Month FTC.
