THE COMPANY:

This is a higher education establishment based in the West Midlands. They're award-winning and proud of their history and achievements, making them a great place to work. They've been going through a big digital transformation project that has them now ready to tackle more across the CRM space and make the most of their Microsoft Dynamics system to positively impact the student journey.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

This is a maternity cover role, so you'll be stepping into an existing team and steering the ship until the end of the contract.

Your role will cover:

  • Being the go-to person for Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM system, ensuring it can be as optimised as possible and best utilised across the business
  • Line managing 2 CRM Executives and helping with prioritisation and organisation of tasks
  • Creating and deploying effective multi-channel campaigns, from emails to app notifications across the student journey
  • Help map out the customer journey to understand where ROI comes from
  • Understand the student database to do more with customer insights, looking across customer acquisition, retention, engagement and churn
  • Analysing campaigns to assess performance and success, applying what you learn to future campaigns and the marketing strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Line management experience to hit the ground running as you take on a small team of 2
  • Previous CRM experience in an omnichannel setting, having worked end-to-end on campaigns
  • Worked across core projects like customer segmentation, personalisation of campaigns, automation, and understanding the customer journey across different touch points
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with the team and senior leadership
