This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading entertainment brand! You will be working to optimise their marketing and CRM communications through analysis across various channels, as the company looks to improve their understanding of its customers.

THE COMPANY

As a CRM & Insight Analyst in this company, you will have an exciting opportunity to work within a leading entertainment brand amongst enthusiastic and talented individuals who put the customer first. This company are looking for an analyst due to growth in the team as they better attempt to understand their customers.

THE ROLE

As a CRM & Insight Analyst, you can be expected to be involved in the following:

  • Analysing how customers respond to marketing communications work
  • Conducting ab test on campaigns
  • Analysing customer and transactional data to understand behaviour
  • Understanding customer churn, LTV conversion rate, order frequency and more
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to create better targeted campaigns across email, social media, organic, paid search, affiliates andcrm channels

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful CRM Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Commercial experience using SQL and Google Analytics
  • Experience running projects across CRM & digital all desirable
  • Some commercial experience with ideally a degree in a STEM subject
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Experience working with transactional and online data is desirable
  • Proven ability to provide actionable insights across various teams

THE BENEFITS

The successful CRM & Insight Analyst will be looking to earn up to £50,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
