CRM Manager - Contract

£300-375 per day

A global media comapny are looking to recruit a CRM Manager contractor with Braze experience on an initial 8 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies using Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Segment customer data and personalize communications to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
  • Create automated workflows and campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer engagement to continuously improve our strategies.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience managing CRM initiatives, preferably in a media or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Braze or similar CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative strategies to engage and delight customers.
