Role:
As a Criminal Defence Solicitor, you will be the frontline of defence for clients facing police questioning. Your role will involve providing immediate legal advice, ensuring that clients' rights are upheld, and that they have the best possible representation from the outset. You will be working on a variety of cases, from minor offences to serious crimes, requiring a dynamic and adaptable approach to each unique situation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Proven experience in criminal defence, particularly with police station attendance
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure
- Commitment to client care and the preservation of clients' rights
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
