Role Summary: As a Criminal Law Solicitor with our client, you will hold a pivotal position in delivering expert legal guidance and representation in criminal defence matters. You will manage a diverse caseload, including providing advice to clients, representing them in court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with legal professionals and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a caseload of criminal defence cases, representing clients during court proceedings.
• Offer expert legal counsel to clients, explaining intricate legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyse evidence, and formulate effective defence strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and external parties to ensure comprehensive legal representation.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations on behalf of clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with specialized expertise in criminal law.
• Substantial experience in criminal defence, preferably within a respected law firm.
• In-depth understanding of criminal law regulations, procedures, and legal precedents.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Capacity to manage a demanding caseload efficiently.
