Key requirements include:
- A qualifying law degree and completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).
- NQ to 2 years PQE within criminal law.
- A current practising certificate.
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in court appearances.
- The ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
