Credit Supervisor

Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience

Brighton - Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)

Are you an experienced B2C Credit Controller and looking for your next step? Or currently working in a Supervisory role and want a new environment?

We are working with a growing, forward-thinking business who are seeking a confident and experienced B2C Credit Controller to join them.

In this role you will working in a team of Credit Controllers supporting with both the day to day Debt collection as well as supervising and supporting the team.

Duties could include:

  • Proactively managing overdue invoices
  • Contacting customers both over the phone and email
  • Supervising progress of outstanding debt across the Credit Control team
  • Working closely with the Finance Manager to report on outstanding debt
  • Raising and dealing with escalations as required

You will be working closely with a supportive Finance Manager who will give you time and support to settle into the position.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a busy B2C role who has the confidence to be able to jump into a new role and take on responsibility of overseeing the team and debt across the business.

The ideal candidate with be a confident communicator who can effectively partner with their own team and Senior members of staff as well as have a pro-active and driven mindset.
