We currently have an opening for a Credit Services Administrator at Search. You'll join a large and dynamic organization, surrounded by supportive colleagues who foster continuous learning and growth.


In this role, you'll collaborate with the credit services team to facilitate the on boarding of new client accounts and maintain the integrity of the sales ledger. Strong administrative skills and effective communication across multiple teams are essential for success.


This position offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.


Key responsibilities include:
* Processing new account forms
* Daily client requests and checks
* Liaising with front office staff to address queries and resolve issues
* Maintaining and reviewing client credit profiles
* Reviewing terms in alignment with limit increases
* Managing mailbox and incoming emails
* Ad hoc duties


The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong customer service and administration skills
* Attention to detail and efficiency
* Ability to thrive under pressure
* Proficiency in Excel
* Understanding of basic accounting procedures
