Well-known bank in their real estate division, recruiting to bring on multiple Credit Officers for an initial 6 month day rate contract.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Working on credit proposals
  • Business requests
  • keeping on top of existing books
  • Liaise with front line colleagues and stakeholders
  • Basic financial modelling
  • Portfolio hygiene/Credit monitoring
  • Clients that are high risk

To be successful, you'll need:

  • 5 years relevant experience as a credit analyst
  • Experienced with credit proposals
  • Experienced of using Bloomberg and SMP would be advantageous
  • Experienced in global listed sector
