Credit Manager

�? Job Opportunity: Credit Manager (Maternity Cover) �?Company: A reputable care company in Colchester.Role Overview:

• Duration: Maternity cover position.
• Work Schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
• Salary: Circa £50,000 (potential for up to £55,000 based on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead a team of 6 Credit Controllers and 6 Sales Ledger professionals.
• Debt Management: Handle 45% private debts and 55% local authority accounts.
• System: Utilise the Coldharbour Financials system.

Location:

• Office: Based in a state-of-the-art, bespoke building near Ardleigh, Colchester.

Interview Process:

• First Stage: Meeting with the current incumbent and Financial Controller (FC).
• Second Stage: Interview with the Finance Director (FD).
