Alexander Daniels are working with a services company in Crewe to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Team Leader, the main duties involve:

  • Manage and take full ownership of the end-to-end process of credit control, from setting up new customers, setting credit limits, amend payment plans, to collecting overdue debt.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone and via email.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies/ queries with the assistance of internal stakeholders.
  • Being responsible for order release management.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to streamline credit control processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by senior management.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in implementing effective credit control processes to improve cash flow efficiency and will have excellent time management skills to be able to stick to key deadlines. Applicants studying towards a professional qualification will suit this role, as understanding of all aspects of accounts will be useful.
