Credit Controller

Location: Ipswich

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

My well established, industry leading accountancy practice are looking for a Credit Controller based in Ipswich. You will report into the Finance Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Chase outstanding debtors.
  • Develop good relationships with clients.
  • Take and allocate payments.
  • Bring outstanding debtors up to date.
  • Reduce debtors date through accurate analysis of payments due.
  • Implement efficient procedures and relevant change.
  • Negotiate payment plans for our clients and setting up Direct Debits.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Previous experience in the role essential.
