Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
My well established, industry leading accountancy practice are looking for a Credit Controller based in Ipswich. You will report into the Finance Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Chase outstanding debtors.
- Develop good relationships with clients.
- Take and allocate payments.
- Bring outstanding debtors up to date.
- Reduce debtors date through accurate analysis of payments due.
- Implement efficient procedures and relevant change.
- Negotiate payment plans for our clients and setting up Direct Debits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience in the role essential.
