An efficient Credit Controller is needed to manage receivables and ensure timely payments within a well-established not for profit organisation located in Cheadle.

Our client is a reputable not for profit organisation with a substantial team size. They are dedicated to providing high quality support and services for the community and hold a significant presence in their industry.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Credit Controllerwill include, but may not be limited to;

  • Manage and maintain client accounts
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Process invoices and conduct credit checks
  • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure reduction of debtor days
  • Liaise with customers regarding unpaid debts
  • Reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Not for Profit and Charities background
  • Ability to commute to Cheadle
  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work in a team and individually
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
