Credit Controller (German Speaking)
  • Annual Salary: £30k - £35k
  • Location: UK (Hybrid working pattern after 3 months’ probation)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a bilingual Credit Controller with fluency in German and English to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our clients and customers in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be eligible to work in the UK.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the Credit Control department with debt recovery services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
  • Manage financial risk through regular review of customer credit limits.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Effectively manage and distribute tasks to other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role in a financial services setting.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
