I am delighted to be partnering with a reputable, well known company based in Stockport as they add a Credit Controller into their finance team.

This role will work along side the other credit control members in the team, and be suitable for an individual who is experienced within this position, or is early on in their career looking to progress.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is experienced in Credit Control and looking for an enjoyable environment in a fulfilling role.

Salary: £28,000

Location: Stockport

Main duties:
  • Monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit
  • Note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment
  • Reconcile payments against debt age analysis and produce monthly debt age analysis for inclusion in company reports
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, and that any unresolved problems are referred to the job holder's immediate supervisor
Experience:
  • Excellent numerical and administrative ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Similar experience within a Credit Control / Sales Ledger / Finance Assistant Position
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Be IT literate
