Credit Controller / Customer Service
Permanent - Hybrid
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a global firm, based in the Bradford area, who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller into their busy team.
The successful applicant with have exceptional customer service experience and finance knowledge, with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Previous credit control experience is not essential but would be beneficial.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Chasing outstanding payments via email and telephone
- Allocating incoming payments
- Dealing with queries and maintaining relationships
- Putting accounts on hold
- Updating and maintaining the company system
- Producing reports to track aged debt
Person specification:
- German language beneficial but not essential
- Educated to GCSE level
- Strong systems skills including Excel
- Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- SAP and GetPaid experience would be beneficial but not essential.
