Credit Controller
If you’re an articulate and professional Credit Controller with a history of successfully supporting customers in arrears and recovering overdue accounts, we want to hear from you!
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a customer-focused individual who is looking to join a professional environment where you can thrive from day one! Working within a sizeable yet close-knit company that has been established for a number of years you’ll become an integral member of the vibrant and collaborative telephone-based collections team, and will take ownership for liaising with B2B customers to reduce overdue payments and handle account queries.
The details:
- Work Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday with an early finish Friday
- Salary guide: £22,500 - £23,500 plus a monthly bonus between £50 and £500

What will your responsibilities be?
- Contacting B2B customers who are in arrears with the view to reduce outstanding payments
- Handling incoming queries relating to existing and overdue accounts, providing swift resolutions
- Supplying accurate and up-to-date copy invoices and statements to customers
- Receiving outstanding payments over the phone
What you’ll need?
- Experience gained in an outbound customer service / collections / credit control role is essential
- Excellent communication skills with a superb, professional telephone manner
- Enjoys working within a fast-paced and lively environment
- A true team player who enjoys collaboratively
- Professional, articulate, and has an empathetic nature
