Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients via email and phone to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
  • Arranging payment plans and and resolve outstanding debts
  • Maintain accurate details of customer interactions and payment plans made on the customer portal
  • Investigating accounts who have not paid and finding the root cause
  • Speaking with internal departments on billing queries
  • Monitor payment plan arrangements and ensure they are staying within the agreed terms
  • Providing monthly updates to management on the status of accounts

Profile

Successful candidate:

  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a time
  • Meet timed deadlines

Job Offer

Salary up to £26000 per annum (with a bonus of up to £500 per month) + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + private health care + pension.
