Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for a experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This well known business have an established and stable team of credit controllers and need one extra due to growing workload.

Duties include:

  • Chasing overdue accounts
  • Reconciling and raising bills for customer charges
  • Processing any charge changes including raising invoices and credit notes
  • Posting receipts, taking card payments and accurate allocation of cash
  • Investigating any unallocated cash/credit balances
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Management and processing of daily direct debit collections
  • Daily credit control by telephone, letter and email
  • Implementation and monitoring of payment plans where necessary
  • Assisting with legal aspects of debt recovery

You must have previous credit control experience to be considered for this role. You need to be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with both your customers and your team..
