Our client is a mutli-branch estate agency seeking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis.

They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in credit control. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices, and minimizing the risk of bad debt. This role will require a high level of energy and a "get things done" attitude, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Due to the fast based nature of this role at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.

Essential Criteria:

  • A passion for customer service.
  • IT literate and strong MS Office skills and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and support others while also being self-motivated and able to work alone Discretion and confidentiality
  • Well presented, smart business attire
  • Drives

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 - 6 (flexi hours 8.30 - 5.15 one week and 9 - 6 the next).
