We are delighted to be working with a manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, who are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.

The salary for this role is £29,000 and has a great hybrid working model, with 3 days working from home (after initial training period).

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing the company's debtor ledger and credit control function
  • Managing own ledger of 300/400 live accounts
  • Allocating cash to correct accounts and updating ledgers
  • Ensuring that debts are paid on time and in accordance with credit terms
  • Creating new accounts and ensuring all necessary information is provided
  • Reconciling accounts and statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and liaising with sales and finance teams to resolve any issues

Skills required:

  • Credit control/debt recovery
  • Confident telephone manner

Working pattern:

  • Monday - Thursday, 8:45am - 5pm
  • Friday, 9am - 4pm
