Credit Controller
The Credit Controller position involves handling all credit-related functions of a large property company, including managing debts and ensuring that the company's cash flow is properly managed. The role requires a person who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is capable of building strong relationships with clients.

Description
- Manage and collect debts from company debtors
- Evaluate new credit requests and conduct credit checks
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Check and post receipts to accounting systems
- Undertake account reconciliations as required
- Work closely with asset managers and senior Directors
- Provide administrative support to the team
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- MUST have real estate/property experience, commercial property beneficial
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem-solving
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
