Salary: £30,000
Job Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday

The role…

As the Credit Controller, your role will involve the following important duties:

• Open and assess new customer accounts.
• Prepare reports including debtor days, queries and cash management. 
• Calculate and review bad debt provision.
• Reduce overdue debtor balances.
• Effective management of credit accounts and query reports.
• Instigate and manage collection of payments.
• Manage a wide and diverse ledger with effective cash collection.

The experience required…

As a successful Credit Controller, you will have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years of credit control experience. 
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Confident telephone manner. 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
• Organised with strong prioritising skills.
