Job Description:

Reporting into the Management Accountant, key responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:

• Running the aged debtors report
• Reporting on all customer debt and communicating with the relevant staff members to ensure the business runs efficiently.
• Sending out customer statements.
• Handling customer queries via both email and telephone.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Escalating customer debt/queries where necessary.
• Updating the project tracker.
• Supporting the finance team with sales invoices/purchase invoices where needed.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal Credit Controller:

• MUST have 1 - 2 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Will ideally have Sage 50 experience, (not essential).
• You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
• You must have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
