Credit Controller

A well-established wholesales company, based in Edgbaston, is on the search for a new Credit Controller. You will be entrusted with their National Accounts from day one and therefore play a major part in their success their relationships with their premium clients base. Maintaining an acceptable amount of debt is crucial to the business therefore, your aim will be to resolve/minimise overdue debts, as well as completing monthly cash forecasts. You will ensure relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders are maintained to a high standard, while still solving any discrepancies. This is the perfect opportunity for a professional Credit Controller to step into.

• Have a great track record of Credit Control, managing complex National accounts, ideally with a knowledge of Credit Risk.
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone. You must have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, using V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Time management and organisation skills are key to managing multiple accounts at one time.
