Credit Controller

We are delighted to be working with an exciting business based in Banbury that are looking for a Credit Controller to join the team! This a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous credit control experience to continue developing in a supportive environment - hybrid working and study support available!

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Establish and maintain credit limits for customers
• Regularly review credit terms and conditions
• Chase overdue invoice by phone, email and letter and negotiate payment plans
• Set up new customers on the system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Allocate payments received to customer accounts promptly and accurately

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of credit control procedure
