  • Rotational Shifts - ranging from 7:30am to 17:15pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays 
We have an exciting opportunity for a credit controller to join a reputable brand based in Northamptonshire. You will be working in a great team orientated environment, with the offering of a competitive salary and rewarding benefits package.

The role consists of supporting their multitude of depots, chasing overdue debt along along with resolving any customer queries efficiently.

This role require good communication skills, and comfortable in a fast paced phone based role, as you will be building relationships with both the customers and depots. If you have a friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the right role for you! 

Main duties:

  • Collection of overdue debt and accounts 
  • Direct telephone contact with  all parties, including depots and customers to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Collect overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner, complying with company policy.
  • Assess and prepare accounts for litigation where necessary.
  • Communicate with team members, team leaders and managers to effect smarter working


The ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office/credit control environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and work well in a busy environment 
  • Excellent telephone & communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and Attention to detail
