Credit Controller

Michelle Denny Recruitment are working alongside the well-established Bike and Scooter Insurance company Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their already busy team. Salary is a negotiable £23,750.00pa working full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and 10am - 6pm.

As a Credit Controller you will play a critical role in managing the accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit Control, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Main duties will include:

• Communicating with B2C customers regarding their policy direct debits
• Advising appropriately and setting up payment plans as necessary
• Taking payments
• Updating the system with amendments and conversation notes
• Liaising with debt management companies

Experience needed:

• Experience within a similar role
• Good numeracy and IT skills
• Steadfast, professional, friendly with empathetic communication skills

The Diss office is bright, open and are known for their excellent training package. You will be greeted with a friendly and supportive team. The office has excellent transport links as it is located near to Diss train station.
