Credit Controller Property

Do you have Credit Control experience working within the Property industry?

Joining this well-established property management company, you will be working as part of a friendly and welcoming Finance team.

This is a hybrid role where you'll divide your time between beautiful, modern offices in London (a short walk from Regent's Park) and working from home.

Salary on offer is between £30-32,000 and an excellent benefits package on offer including generous holiday allowance, healthcare cover (plus dental), life assurance cover, wellbeing services and more!

You'll be collecting monies owing including rent, service charges and other arrears from building occupiers.

This is a proactive role where you'll be setting up and monitoring payment plans, and working with the Client Services team to enforce any litigation as required.

You should have at least a couple of years' experience working in a similar credit control / accounts receivable role.
