Credit Controller - Full or Part-Time
Achieve Professionals is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading North East law firm that consistently sets the standard for legal excellence.
Position: Credit Controller - Full or Part-Time
Location: Newcastle
Key Responsibilities:
- Working within a busy collections team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the chasing of and collection of overdue invoices
- You'll handle a large volume of communications including phone calls and emails with and from clients
- Handle all related administration.
- Prepare reports
- Manage debtor ledger balances
- Deal with invoice queries
Experience:
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of managing a diverse debtor book
- Have experience of dealing directly with clients
Skills & Attributes:
- Be highly numerate with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Have a confident and persistent manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent IT skills and strong attention to detail are essential
- Strong experience of Excel
