Credit Control
This position is for a Credit Control role within the accounting and finance department of a leading healthcare provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling credit, ensuring all payments are timely, and keeping the company's finances healthy.

Description
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Controlling credit within the company's agreed policies
- Resolving billing queries and customer disputes
- Maintaining accurate records of all credit activities
- Providing regular reports on credit control to senior management
- Working closely with other finance team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations and standards
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes
Profile
A successful Credit Control should have:
- A strong background in a customer or consumer collections background
- Proficiency in finance software and MS Office
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well as part of a team
