Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Credit Control for a market leading and well-respected business based in Glasgow. The salary is up to £26,000 + benefits.

The Company

This client is one of the world's leading property agents, offering a range of services across residential, commercial, and rural markets.

The Role

The Credit Controller role is managing clients and ensuring that all targets are achieved/exceeded as well as maintaining a great service level.

You will be involved in the following duties:
  
  • Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
  • Building relationships with senior internal and external Stakeholders
  • Managing workload and meet SLAs.
  • Tax receipts, statements and reminder letters
  • Assisting the reconciliation
  • Dealing with and resolving UAC queries, Issuing invoices
  • Setting credit limits
  • Working alongside various departments
  
The Candidate

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience. With a can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise your own workload. Must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a target driven environment.
