Credit Control Supervisor

My client are currently seeking a dynamic Credit Control Supervisor to join their team at their Exeter Head Office. As a leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in team management and development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing their credit control strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Organising, planning and implementing credit control strategies
• Maintaining precise records and delivering accurate management information
• Ensuring adherence to debt collection processes
• Collaborating in the enhancement and optimisation of credit control processes and procedures
• Evaluating customer credit and making approval or denial decisions based on industry standards
• Approving payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
• Providing guidance and mentorship to existing team members, encompassing motivation, development, workload monitoring and continuous skill and career advancement.
• Generating high-level Management Information (MI) reports related to debt positions
• Liaising with in-house legal counsel when necessary

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours Mon-Friday – office based
