My client are currently seeking a dynamic Credit Control Supervisor to join their team at their Exeter Head Office. As a leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in team management and development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing their credit control strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Organising, planning and implementing credit control strategies
- Maintaining precise records and delivering accurate management information
- Ensuring adherence to debt collection processes
- Collaborating in the enhancement and optimisation of credit control processes and procedures
- Evaluating customer credit and making approval or denial decisions based on industry standards
- Approving payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
- Providing guidance and mentorship to existing team members, encompassing motivation, development, workload monitoring and continuous skill and career advancement.
- Generating high-level Management Information (MI) reports related to debt positions
- Liaising with in-house legal counsel when necessary

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in managerial positions, showcasing effective collaboration skills. They should possess strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, coupled with high motivation. Exceptional communication skills are essential attributes they are looking for in their candidate.
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours Mon-Friday – office based
