Your new role
You will carry out the following duties:

  • Put in place processes and procedures to manage credit control policies
  • Ensuring adherence to debt collection processes
  • Assess credit applications
  • Manage overdue accounts and collect monies
  • Approving payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to existing team members
  • Identify areas of improvement to improve cashflow
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve billing issues

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous Credit Control experience and be able to demonstrate that you have supervised or managed teams during your career.
