Credit Control Officer - Temporary

At CrossReach we are proud to deliver social care to a wide range of people right across Scotland and we are looking for an experienced credit controller to join the team on a temporary basis to cover a period of absence for 6 months.

You will need to have at least 12 months business to business credit control experience and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of credit management. The ideal candidate will have good excel skills, good communication and record-keeping skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Due to the temporary nature of this role, we are looking for someone for an immediate start.

As Credit Control Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring that debts owed to CrossReach are recovered in a timely manner and for that you will need show tact and diplomacy as well as the ability to build relationships with our operational services and key third party customers. We know that this can be a difficult role, however you will have the support from the wider finance team to ensure that you can fit into it quickly and make an impact from day one.
