Your new company
Is a hospitality company that is looking to expand its operation in the coming year.

Your new role
Is to cover a period of maternity leave, initially 9 months with a months hand over. Looking to start in the first week of May.
The hours are 9-5-30 and they offer hybrid working once training has taken place.
You will be speaking to a wide range of personal customers, so clear communication and patience is required when chasing the outstanding balances and payments.
Daily duties include

  • Assist with the day to day processing
  • Daily posting of bank and credit card payments
  • Compile and send weekly and monthly statements.
  • Collect payments through Direct Debit Schemes.
  • Document and resolve queries from consumers and businesses.
  • Proactively chase outstanding deposits and balances as they fall due.
  • Collect the balance from unpaid billable items.
  • Various adhoc reports and tasks as required.



What you'll need to succeed
At least one to two years experience working in a finance team, especially in a credit control capacity. Due to the type of clients you will be speaking to, clear communication and patience is a must.
