Credit Control Analyst - City - £52k

Hybrid working, 09:00-17:00

Wise May are looking for a Credit Control Analyst to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Insurance company based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.

Duties to include:

• Responsible for credit control and reporting requirements
• Liaison with brokers, chasing overdue premium and remittances
• Clear and regular communication with Brokers, Underwriting teams and Group Operations management
• Implement credit control processes and procedures
• Control of ad hoc day to day issuers within credit control
• Creation and reporting of MI to support internal and external requirements
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Maintenance of ledger transactions
• Assist with month end close procedures

Skills:

• Good analytical, mathematical and organisational skills.
• Professionally qualified or willingness to study toward a professional qualification (CII or other equivalent).
• Previous credit control experience gained within the London Insurance Market.
• Knowledge of Xchanging processes.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
