Credit/Collections Manager - Six Months - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum - Remote

An introduction to the company and role:

Delighted to be working with an awesome client who needs a Credit Manager initially for six months to collect outstanding debt and manage a small team ASAP

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Implement quality control measures
  • Deliver against agreed finance KPI’s set by the revenue controller.
  • Conduct regular audits
  • Produce reports for your team's performance
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement, and make appropriate changes
  • Provide updates to senior management team
  • Review debt consolidation strategies
  • Oversee debt collection process.
  • Improve collection rates
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

What experience do you need?

  • Proven experience in debt collection management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
